I mildly disappointed with mine as well. I feel like it's got a pretty face, but not much substance behind it.
I love my iPhone 3G! I get great service in my area. I just wished that Steve Jobs would get his head out of his ass and add some heavily requested features to the OS and fix the cheap plastic back!

I'm happier now that i've got the apps to download properly. Still disappointed in the GPS options, though.
